Joining Join Our Crew! Be part of the Venturing Experience 3 steps to becoming part of a Venture Crew 1. Go to the scouting office and ask them to find you a local Venture Crew after meeting the age requirements. Girls and boys are allowed into venture. 2. Get specific information on the location and meeting dates of the Crew Go to a meeting to get an idea of what they do 3. Next register with them and regularly go to meetings.  This will prove to be a rewarding experience of a life time.   Good Luck
